A subset of NetCO and GDC suppliers made the transition to Ariba on August 31, 2020. Note: If these suppliers have an Enterprise Account, they will be able to mass upload invoices using a CSV template.ġ This does not include the following Alphabet entities: Verily, Waymo, Sidewalk and Calico.Existing purchase orders that are active and were issued any time prior to August 24 will not be received and invoiced against through Ariba and will continue to be invoiced using existing channels. This means you will receive new purchase orders (created on or after August 24), submit invoices** against those purchase orders, and manage your supplier account information with Alphabet/Google through Ariba.
This change will make it easier to continue business transactions and strengthen our existing relationship. Suppliers are requested to register an Ariba Network account to continue to transact with Alphabet/Google.
